About the Role – Lead, Inspire, Thrive Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins of this landmark facility – overseeing everything from operations and programming to financial performance and community engagement. Key Accountabilities - Ensure the venue meets all service, financial and other outcomes expected by customers and stakeholders
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of visitors and team members through effective planning and oversight of polices, processes and procedures
- Coach and develop your teams to deliver on KPIs through engagement, performance planning and individual development plans
- Achievement of budgeted net profit targets
- Maintain a high value relationship with the contract partner and key community stakeholders
- Implement a high value customer service proposition that addresses the needs of the client base
- Recruitment of energetic and passionate team members as required to compliment the team and the vision for the venue
- Train team members to ensure that knowledge and capability are at the required levels to enable staff to carry out their work and achieve their objectives
- Monitor team member career progression paths that lead to transparent and effective succession decisions when required
- Deliver great service and quality to customers
- Perform other duties as required by the company
About You The successful incumbent will; - Demonstrate motivation, passion and willingness to undertake actions to actively support access and inclusion to all facilities, programs, services, and employment, for all members of the community

- Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or extensive experience in
- Centre/Facility Management or senior management experience in a related industry
- Demonstrative experience leading a dynamic and complex business operation, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, retail, hospitality or facility management industries
Essential qualifications - Full time work rights in Australia
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Obtain a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check
