The Role
Our Food & Beverage Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Food & Beverage Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring its in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
- Replenished condiments as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
- Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
Skills & Attributes:
- Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Coffee making/ barista skills
- Food handling Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Current Food Handlers Qualification
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
