This is a great opportunity for a qualified, friendly, and skilled Food, Beverage & Guest Experience Coordinator to join the us and lead our hospitality team!

 

The Role

 

We are seeking an experienced Food, Beverage & Guest Experience Coordinator to drive the team to achieve our targets and provide top-level customer service. In this hands-on role you will participate in the operation of the bar and food service to achieve expected budgeted sales targets and KPIs. This is a Full time Fixed term role (seasonal).

 

Reporting to our Venue Manager, our Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills with proven experience in the hospitality sector desirable. An RSA and Badge is essential.

 

The primary responsibility of the Coordinator is to lead the team in delivering first class service to our patrons ensuring the bar and functions operate effectively and efficiently within relevant Government Regulations.

 

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Provide information on our product range
  • Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the bar
  • Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
  • Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

  • Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style

  • Coffee making/ barista skills

  • Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods

  • Best in class customer service skills

Essentials:

  • RSA Badge
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR
  • Current Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
