The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne. The Role The role of the Maintenance Officer is to perform all maintenance requirements and procedures to protect the assets, ensure maximum efficiency, maintain customer service levels and minimise disruptions to guests. The hours of work would be: - 7am to 3pm Sunday & Monday
- 9am to 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Key Accountabilities - Perform preventative and routine maintenance requirements in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Be responsible for all garden maintenance within the park
- Complete response maintenance requirements as required.
- Complete geothermal and pool processes each evening, ensuring timely opening of the pools each day.
- Complete cleaning duties as per the standard operating procedures, and assist with response cleaning and deep cleaning duties as and when required.
- Liaise with building service suppliers and maintenance contractors as required.
- Monitor and report on the condition and maintenance of the building, plant and fixtures, and safety equipment.
Essential - Current drivers license.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Obtain a police check as part of your application for this role
- Current VIC Working with Children's check
Desirable - First Aid Certificate.
- Trade qualification.
- Pool management experience and/or relevant qualification.
