With over 60 high-performing athletes – including Australian National Squad members and international competitors – this is your chance to shape the future of trampoline gymnastics at the highest level. Employment basis: Full time 38 hours per week Salary: $76,515 per annum plus Superannuation What You’ll Do:As the strategic and technical leader of our trampoline program, you’ll: Lead the competitive trampoline program across all performance levels – from TID to international elite. Coach top athletes to success at state, national, and international competitions. Design and deliver advanced training frameworks aligned with Gymnastics Australia and FIG standards. Drive athlete development, competition readiness, and long-term success. Mentor and inspire junior coaches and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture. Liaise with governing bodies, officials, and global contacts to keep the program cutting-edge.
