This is a rare opportunity to join Belgravia Leisure as the Aquatic Services Coordinator at Yawa Aquatic Centre—a $35 million community hub on the Mornington Peninsula. In this exciting role, you’ll manage and grow our swim school, lead a passionate team, and deliver programs that inspire and engage people of all ages and abilities. You’ll drive service excellence, implement the GOSwim program, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the swim school team to deliver exceptional programs Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia standards Drive participation, retention, and customer satisfaction Oversee budgets, KPIs, and reporting requirements Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment for all students
About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in a swim school environment Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to deliver classes when required Values-driven: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, and accountability

About the Qualifications - National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
- Swim extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
- Previous Swim School Coordinator Experience
- Strong people leadership with an ability to inspire others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
