Our Hepburn Pavilion Cafe is conveniently located within the surroundings of the bathhouse and spa to entice our guests with a delicious range of products and even more amazing coffee ! The Role Chef de Partie Full-time or Part-time Hepburn Pavilion Café is part of the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, one of Australia’s most loved wellness destinations. We’re a busy, welcoming café serving locals and visitors in a beautiful natural setting — and we’re growing our team. We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in our busy café environment. Responsibilities include: - Running a section during service
- Preparing, cooking and plating food to a high standard
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness
You will have: - Previous experience in a similar role
- A love of fresh, quality food
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Availability across weekdays and weekends and public holidays

Essentials: - Police Check, will be required if successful
