The Role

 

The role of the Customer Service Officer is to work between reception and café providing the best possible experience to both members and guests.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants that are passionate about customer service. You must have a high level of communication skills and good organisational skills. Whilst all necessary training will be provided experience working in administration, customer service and/or hospitality are desirable.

Key requirements of the position:

  • Perform administrative activities
  • Understand and communicate all of Ninja Parc’s programs
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback
  • General food handling and kiosk operation
  • Assist in membership sales


What we are looking for (Essential):

  • Ability to work with age groups from 3 to 103
  • A positive attitude and high level of energy
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Working With Children’s Check (Or equivalent)
  • National Police Check


Desirable:

  • Experience in administration/reception
  • Experience in café/hospitality
  • Experience in customer service/retail
  • Food handling certificate
  • Barista training/experience
    •
