The Role Aquatics is a core and growing area of our business, currently consisting of approximately 70 venues. This role will encompass all program related brands within the organization. Product Growth Manager (Aquatics) will report to the Group (Aquatics) Manager and will have a dotted reporting line to the Head of Guest Experience. You will closely align with the Marketing Brand Manager Aquatics and National Sales & Guest Experience Manager. You will also work closely with the Product Development Manager. Key Responsibilities - Lead the strategic growth of Aquatic products in line with organisational objectives.
- Design and support sales and marketing strategies that strengthen lead conversion and protect yield.
- Use data and insights to refine onboarding, boost engagement, and improve retention.
- Integrate products into the full member journey, ensuring accessibility and impact.
- Identify new market opportunities and adapt offerings to regional and demographic needs.
- Work collaboratively across teams to enhance performance, foster innovation, and promote a guest-centric culture.
