About the Role

A once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of fitness and operational programming to Ringwood as we expand into the area. This is an exciting time for Genesis Fitness and the Ringwood members as we look to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to build and lead a passionate, professional and highly engaged team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets
• Manage and motivate a sales team
• Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
• Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
• Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
• Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members

You must:

• Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
• Have extensive club management experience (essential)
• Be results driven
• Have experience managing staff and budgets
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
