Deliver exercise physiology services supporting rehabilitation, chronic disease management and community health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work locally while being supported by a broader national Exercise Physiology network. We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to a well-established membership base. You will work with a diverse client group including those managing chronic disease, NDIS participants, injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as general population clients looking to improve their health. This role will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to grow into part-time or full-time hours as your caseload develops. Reporting into the Centre leadership team and working collaboratively with allied health professionals, you will be responsible for assessing clients and delivering individualised, outcome-focused exercise programs. You will take a patient-centred approach, supporting members through their rehabilitation journey while empowering them to improve their long-term health and independence. You will also play a key role in building strong relationships with local stakeholders and referral partners, contributing to the growth of Exercise Physiology services within the centre and broader community. Your responsibilities will include delivering clinical exercise interventions for chronic and complex conditions, facilitating group-based rehabilitation programs, providing health education and ongoing support, and liaising with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people achieve better health outcomes. You will be proactive, adaptable and confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. To be successful in this role, you must be an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (or eligible for accreditation) with Exercise & Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
