Featuring every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, swimming or dance, boxing to cycling. The Role

Membership Manager is responsible for

• Achieving personal pre-determined sales targets.
• Managing, training and motivating a sales team to success.
• Creating business opportunities within the local corporate market.
• Planning and executing local level marketing and lead generating plans.

The position requires applicants to be available for full time hours and be flexible with working days as this position may require you to work on the weekends.

Skills & Attributes:

• Have a passion for fitness!
• Have strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Industry knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
• Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service or a retail environment is highly advantageous
