Hybrid Role Sydney or Melbourne (3 days in office)

Paid Media Specialist

Hybrid | Sydney or Melbourne (3 days in office)

We’re looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to own and optimise paid digital marketing activity across Belgravia Leisure’s diverse venue network.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves being in platforms, building and optimising campaigns, while also bringing clear insights and recommendations to the table. You’ll manage always‑on paid channels, support central campaign rollouts, and play a key role in identifying growth opportunities through digital marketing.

You’ll join a collaborative, high‑impact marketing team working across aquatic centres, health clubs, wellness, golf and community venues throughout Australia and New Zealand - contributing to meaningful outcomes in the communities we serve.

The Role

The Paid Media Specialist sits within the central Marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing (Consumer). This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, owning always‑on paid marketing activity, supporting central campaign rollouts, and delivering performance insights and growth recommendations across Belgravia Leisure venues.

This role works closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and Digital stakeholders to ensure paid activity is effective, on brand and continuously optimised for ROI. This is a marketing performance and execution role and does not include digital platform or systems ownership.

This is a role with real ownership and visibility, where your work directly impacts venue performance.

About you

You are a proactive, performance‑driven marketer who is comfortable being hands‑on in paid media platforms, and equally confident recommending improvements and new ideas.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • An analytical, commercial mindset - you use data to tell a clear story
  • A test‑and‑learn approach and curiosity for optimisation
  • Confidence communicating insights and recommendations clearly
  • A collaborative approach, working well with brand, creative and venue teams
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail across multiple priorities

If you thrive in fast-paced dynamic teams and want to contribute to supporting community health and wellbeing – then this could be the job for you!
