An opportunity has become available for a Partnerships & Bookings Coordinator to support external partnerships, corporate engagement and program coordination across our City of Sydney portfolio. This is a stakeholder-focused coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with external organisations, keeping multiple programs running smoothly, and collaborating with teams across different sites. The Role The Partnerships & Programs Coordinator works closely with regional and centre leadership to support the coordination of: - Third-party Expression of Interest (EOI) partners
- Corporate memberships and B2B relationships
- School holiday programs and birthday party programs
The role acts as a key link between external partners, suppliers and internal centre teams across multiple sites, supporting smooth delivery, accurate coordination and positive partner experiences. This is a coordinator-level role with clear support structures in place. Strategic and commercial decisions sit with senior leadership, while this role focuses on organisation, communication and follow-through. This role plays an important part in activating spaces, broadening participation and supporting programs that respond to community needs. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the Expression of Interest (EOI) process for approved third-party partners, including communication, onboarding support and ongoing liaison
- Support relationships with external partners, corporate clients and suppliers
- Coordinate booking details, agreements and invoicing for partnerships and programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Support corporate membership and B2B coordination, including lead tracking and account support
- Coordinate school holiday programs and birthday party programs with centre teams and external suppliers
- Support partnership development activity, including preparing materials and coordinating presentations (with management support)
- Maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems
- Work closely with centre teams to ensure programs and partnerships are well communicated and operationally ready
- Coordinate inbound media requests, including managing approvals
- Maintain accurate records across booking, CRM and partnership systems, ensuring information is current and reliable
About You You are organised, confident communicating with external stakeholders, and enjoy working in roles that blend coordination, relationship management and administration. You may have experience in partnerships, programs, events, customer coordination or account support, and you’re comfortable working across different teams and priorities. You’ll bring: - Experience in a stakeholder-facing coordination, partnerships or account support role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and good organisational habits
- Confidence liaising with external organisations in a professional manner
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion
- Competency using booking systems, CRMs or similar platforms (or the ability to learn quickly)

Experience in leisure, sport, recreation, community programs or corporate memberships is beneficial but not essential.
