The Cleveland Aquatic Centre is looking to add a new member to our internal cleaning team.

The Role

We are seeking to hire a casual cleaner for our centre. You will be required to clean in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring your tasks are completed within operational guidelines. We have appx 15hrs per week, and the role includes the changerooms within the centre.

The following will also be a requirement of the successful incumbent:

• Comply with and follow all Occupational Health & Safety, Risk and Environment policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as directed by the Centre manger from time to time
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
• Be flexible to work additional hours due to the demand of peak periods the centre might face
• A knowledge of accepted cleaning practices
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Similar experience in a previous role

Essential

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current National Police Check
