Learn to Swim (LTS) Coordinator City of Sydney Leisure Facilities Full-time Multi-site (hybrid) Sydney About the role Belgravia Leisure is seeking an organised and outcomes-focused Learn to Swim (LTS) Coordinator to support the delivery of one of the largest and most diverse Swim School programs in NSW. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, growth and quality of Learn to Swim programs across the City of Sydney’s iconic aquatic centres. You will lead the administrative and operational backbone of the program, driving occupancy, optimising timetables and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and staff alike.

The scope As LTS Coordinator, you will oversee the administrative and operational backbone of a high-volume, multi-site Swim School program. This includes ownership of timetable development, enrolments, waitlists, lane allocation, school swimming coordination and customer communications across all facilities.
Rather than delivering programs on deck, your focus is on ensuring the program runs efficiently, accurately and at scale. You will optimise occupancy, maintain high-quality data and systems, and proactively manage bookings and class structures to align with community demand. This role plays a critical enabling function, freeing centre-based teams to focus on teaching, coaching and customer experience, while you drive consistency, efficiency and performance behind the scenes across the City of Sydney. Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimise Swim School timetables based on demand, occupancy and seasonality
- Manage waitlists, enrolments and class movements to maintain high occupancy levels
- Coordinate school swimming programs, including scheduling and communication
- Monitor and maintain accurate data across systems including class setup and enrolments
- Lead customer communication including changes, enquiries and issue resolution
- Support payment follow up processes and liaise with Finance when required
- Provide reporting and insights on participation, trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Centre Leadership and Aquatics teams to align program delivery across sites
- Support continuous improvement and program quality across all facilities
About you You are highly organised, analytical and customer-focused, with the ability to manage complex programs across multiple sites. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing data, systems and service to deliver strong community outcomes.

- Experience in aquatics, Swim School or program coordination environments
- Strong administration, data management and systems capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse data and drive participation growth
- A commitment to inclusion and community outcomes
- Flexibility to support early mornings, evenings and weekends as required
Essential qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
