We are seeking an Allied Health Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and consistency of our Allied Health services across Belgravia Leisure. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a national health strategy focused on improving community health and happiness.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, this role provides centralised operational and administrative support to ensure our services run efficiently, compliantly and with a strong client focus. You will work closely with practitioners, venue teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows, support processes and enhance service delivery across multiple venues. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client intake and onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate communication and documentation
  • Support bookings, cancellations and waitlists to maximise utilisation of clinical services
  • Assist with financial administration including invoicing oversight, portal monitoring and basic debt follow-up
  • Support relationships with third party providers
  • Contribute to improving systems, templates and operational workflows across sites
  • Provide administrative support to practitioners to improve efficiency and enhance client experience 

About you

You are a proactive and solutions-focused coordinator who enjoys creating structure and improving systems. You bring:

  • Experience in administration, coordination or client services (health or allied health desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with scheduling systems and financial administration tools
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Clear, professional and client-centred communication
  • Understanding of funding models such as NDIS or similar (highly regarded)
  • A collaborative and compassionate approach to supporting both clients and teams
