Lead a multi-site tourism portfolio, drive commercial performance, develop leaders and deliver exceptional operational outcomes. Are you a commercially astute operations leader with a passion for driving performance across multiple sites? Belgravia Parks is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead a diverse regional portfolio of tourism and holiday park facilities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Tourism, this pivotal leadership role will drive operational excellence, commercial success, guest experience standards, and continuous improvement across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and can balance operational, financial, and stakeholder priorities. What You'll Be Doing - As the Business Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead operational performance across a multi-site tourism portfolio
- Coach, mentor and develop a team of Park Managers to achieve excellence
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and KPI management
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk, governance and contractual obligations
- Support business growth, contract retention and new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with Councils, community stakeholders and key partners
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Oversee capital works programs and asset performance across the portfolio
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and enhance business outcomes
What You'll Bring - To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience managing multi-site or multi-unit operations
- Proven success delivering strong commercial and financial outcomes
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop high-performing teams
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
Desirable Experience - Tourism, hospitality, holiday parks or facilities management experience
- Community-focused or contract management environments
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms
- Knowledge of grounds, horticulture or asset management operations
