The Role


The ideal candidate will be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will assist with the various programs held at our centre. You organisational and time management skills will need to be of a high standard to ensure our programs run smoothly and to specification. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all members and guests of the facility.


Key Accountabilities

  • Positive customer feedback
  • Attendance at all scheduled programs and services
  • Work to achieve commitment goals and targets as set in the annual business plan
  • Ensure the programs and services are run with no incidents
  • Maintain all program equipment in safe working order

Skills & Attributes:

  • Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
  • Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems



  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Affinity with community connections and groups in the local area
  • strong customer service background


  • Experience working with multicultural individuals and groups
  • Knowledge of leisure based programs
  • Knowledge of local council plans to meet the needs of the community
