The Role

 

Our Administration Officer will oversee and maintain the facility administration including point of sales, weekly banking, reconciliation reporting and accounts payable & receivable for financial reporting to Head Office. You will be passionate about the leisure industry. This position will act as an administrative support to the Centre Manager.

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Friendly, helpful and energetic work style 
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar administrative position
  • Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
  • Intermediate computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suit
  • Sound attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Extensive experience in reconciliation reporting and weekly banking
  • Experience in the leisure industry is desirable
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check (Employee status)
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
