We are a part of the Belgravia Group. As one of Australia’s largest privately-owned family businesses, Belgravia Group has specialised in franchising and management in the health and leisure sector for over 20 years with over 200 facilities in its portfolio.
We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated National Manager to oversee and manage the full sales process for B2B franchise sales within our group.
You are a tenacious self-starer with a proven track record in franchise sales with fitness franchise sales being highly regarded. We’re looking for a goal orientated leader who can work productively alongside support functions, business leaders and prospective franchise owners. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the franchise sales process and the solid CRM management.

- Criterion 1 - Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing and developing new business opportunities. Include experience in complex budgeting environments, capital development plans, financial modelling and business planning. If you have an example in a fitness environment, draw on that example.
- Criterion 2 - Demonstrated experience working with a CRM system as a tool to manage an effective franchise sales process.
- Criterion 3 – Shows initiative and drive in cultivating strategic relationships and nurturing professional networks for future opportunities.
- Criterion 4 - Utilising highly developed influencing and negotiating abilities to secure favourable commercial outcomes as part of business development prospects.
