We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructor / Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team and deliver engaging, high-quality fitness experiences for our members.

 

We are also looking for amazing group fitness instructors who specialise (and have 2 year min experience) teaching Reformer Pilates

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a fitness professional who enjoys working with people, creating a motivating group environment and helping participants build strength, fitness and confidence.

 

About the role

 

As a Group Fitness Instructor / Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective and engaging group training sessions, with a focus on strength, conditioning, functional movement and overall fitness.

 

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality group fitness and strength & conditioning sessions
  • Develop and adapt sessions to suit different fitness levels and abilities
  • Provide coaching, motivation and technical guidance to participants
  • Ensure correct exercise technique and safe training practices
  • Create an inclusive and positive training environment
  • Build strong relationships with members and encourage ongoing participation
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, presentation and customer service
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic team culture

 

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

 

You will ideally have:

  • ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach qualification
  • Relevant Group Fitness / Fitness Instructor qualification
  • Experience delivering group fitness, strength or conditioning sessions
  • Strong knowledge of exercise technique, programming and safe training practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to motivate and engage a diverse range of participants
  • A positive, energetic and professional approach
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Relevant fitness industry registrations and insurance
