Are you a commercially astute operations leader with a passion for driving performance across multiple sites? Belgravia Parks is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead a diverse regional portfolio of tourism and holiday park facilities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Tourism, this pivotal leadership role will drive operational excellence, commercial success, guest experience standards, and continuous improvement across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and can balance operational, financial, and stakeholder priorities. The successful incumbent may be based in Victoria, with flexibility to travel to South Australia as required. What You'll Be Doing - As the Business Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead operational performance across a multi-site tourism portfolio
- Coach, mentor and develop a team of Park Managers to achieve excellence
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and KPI management
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk, governance and contractual obligations
- Support business growth, contract retention and new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with Councils, community stakeholders and key partners
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Oversee capital works programs and asset performance across the portfolio
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and enhance business outcomes
What You'll Bring - To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience managing multi-site or multi-unit operations
- Proven success delivering strong commercial and financial outcomes
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop high-performing teams
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
Desirable Experience - Tourism, hospitality, holiday parks or facilities management experience
- Community-focused or contract management environments
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms
- Knowledge of grounds, horticulture or asset management operations
