Centre Manager - Keilor East Leisure Centre, Keilor East 3033 Lead one of Melbourne's premier aquatic and recreation facilities! Belgravia Leisure is seeking an exceptional and experienced Centre Manager to lead the operations, people, and performance of the Keilor East Leisure Centre in partnership with Moonee Valley City Council.
About the Role: Keilor East Leisure Centre is a vibrant community destination that plays an important role in improving the health, wellbeing and connection of the Moonee Valley community. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, developing future leaders, driving financial and operational performance, and building strong partnerships with Council, local stakeholders and community groups. You'll lead a diverse team of operational and people leaders, creating an environment where staff thrive, guests feel welcome and the community remains at the centre of every decision. Leading a passionate and diverse team, you will create a culture of safety, accountability and service excellence while ensuring the centre continues to deliver meaningful participation and community outcomes aligned with the vision of a healthy and active community.
