Lead and enhance fitness programs for our vibrant health club community.

Position: 
Join our dynamic health club team as a Health Club Coordinator at Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre and play a pivotal role in enhancing member satisfaction and retention. We are seeking a motivated individual to take on this full time role and oversee engaging fitness programs and encourage a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thriving gym program to foster customer satisfaction.
• Manage Health Club budget and instructor timetables.
• Increase Health Club visits through exciting activities and monthly strategies.
• Oversee health consultations and staff training for efficient operations.
• Compile and analyse weekly personal trainers' utilisation statistics.

About You:

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness and relevant experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates, plus a Working with Children Check.
• A Bachelor of Exercise Science is desirable.

ESSENTIAL

• You must have qualifications to deliver group fitness classes including Aqua
