The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience and providing them with information about our bathhouse, accommodation, and wellness treatments. Your role will also include advising guests on our wellness products and offering insights into the local area to enhance their visit. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Greet and check-in guests for bathhouse and accommodation services
• Provide information on wellness treatments and available products
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties
• Offer exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and daily reconciliation reporting
• Ensure smooth operation of front desk activities, maintaining a well-organised reception area 

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative, customer servicing, or receptionist role
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with Windows & Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and booking software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the leisure, hospitality, or wellness industry is desirable
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificate
• Police Check & Working with Children Check (Employee Status) required
• Must be legally entitled to work in Australia
