Belgravia Leisure is proud to manage the City of Sydney's world-class aquatic and recreation facilities. As part of the new contract, we are reintroducing café and kiosk services across the network and are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Coordinator to help bring this exciting vision to life. 

This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead food and beverage operations across five iconic venues while supporting the City's commitment to health, wellbeing and community connection.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Guest Experience Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of food and beverage services across the City of Sydney aquatic and leisure network. 
You will provide hands-on leadership and support across café and vending operations, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service, food safety, presentation and commercial performance.

Working across multiple venues, you will assist with team recruitment, training, supplier management, stock control, menu implementation and operational compliance. You will also play a key role in helping establish and grow the food and beverage function as services are progressively launched across the network. 

This is a highly visible role that combines operational leadership with frontline hospitality service.

About You

 
You are an energetic hospitality professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in a café, hospitality or food and beverage supervisory role 
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and compliance requirements 
• Experience managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships 
• The ability to coach, develop and motivate hospitality teams 
• Strong organisational and communication skills 
• A customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence 
• Sound commercial awareness and the ability to monitor sales and operational performance 
• A flexible approach to working across multiple locations 

Essential Qualifications 

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) 
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Current CPR Certificate 
• Employee Working with Children Check 
• National Police Check
