The Site 

Part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG), our multi-use facility houses Genesis Fitness Club, Ninja Parc, and Sports Parc. The Centre offers a range of activities and stadium sports for children and adults of all abilities, including Indoor Sports Competitions, Clinics, Birthday parties. 

The Role

The primary responsibility of our Front of House Operations Manager is to ensure the highest level of customer service at every interaction of your team and to ensure all operational tasks are completed to the expected business standard. ensuring it’s in line our Mission, Vision and Values.

The role of the Front of House Operations Manager is to implement and maintain facility administration including point of sales, weekly banking, reconciliation reporting and accounts payable & receivable for financial reporting to the Head Office.

Working Thursday through to Monday, this a full time role and you will be reporting directly to the Club Manager.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Manage the Front of House team
• Perform reception duties while on shift
• Maximise business growth and results
• Management of merchandise stock and party supplies
• Ensure consistency in service delivery across the 3 internal business units being, Genesis Health and Fitness Cooks Hill, The Parc Cooks Hill and Sports Parc.
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Provide customers inquiring about memberships with information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renews
• Promote the centres services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
• Develop and maintain good working relations with customers
• Opening/closing of the centre in accordance with security and safety procedures.

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Police Check upon onboarding
• Working with Children Check or equivalent

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
