This is a great opportunity for passionate and energetic gym instructors, who enjoy supporting our members achieve their goals! The Role We are seeking 2 enthusiastic fitness professionals to join our Health Club team. Reporting to the Health Club Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting members through their first 30 days, developing fitness programs, facilitating small group training sessions, and contributing to member retention. You will also help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming fitness environment while having the opportunity to grow your own Personal Training client base within a supportive and progressive team. Skills & Attributes: - Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
- A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills.
- Minimum Cert III or Cert IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
